This is an Axial AX3 2.4GHz 2 Ch Radio System with 3 Ch Micro Receiver. Everything pictured. These are a bound pair, have been tested, see below. Transmitter is in very good condition. The receiver has a kink in its antenna and it's usable range is reduced, but would be find for close proximity use (crawling, etc.) See pictures.
